  Please note that we strive to process your order as swiftly as possible. During peak seasons, a slight extension of 1 to 2 business days may be necessary.

In such cases, even if we have already shipped your order, you may not be able to access the latest logistics information promptly.

We can contact the shipping company to inquire about the most recent logistics details. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a definitive response in every case.

  Return and Refund Policy

  Eligibility for Returns: Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate a refund or exchange.

   

  To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging. Products returned without their original packaging, or products showing signs of use, will not be accepted for return and will not be returned to the sender.

  In the event of a Defective or Damaged Product Upon Receipt:
