Shipping Policy

Delivery Cost: The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. It is determined based on several factors, including the product weight, package size, your location, and your chosen shipping method.

Please be aware that additional delivery fees may apply to remote locations. If the shipping company confirms that your delivery address falls within a remote area, an extra delivery fee will be incurred. We will reach out to you within 48 hours after you place your order to inform you of this additional charge. If we do not receive a response from you, we reserve the right to either not ship your order or cancel it.

Delivery Time: Delivery time is the sum of processing time (shipping time) and transit time.

Our processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that we strive to process your order as swiftly as possible. During peak seasons, a slight extension of 1 to 2 business days may be necessary.

Delivery Times:

  • Free shipping: 10-15 days
  • Standard shipping: 8-12 days
  • Express shipping: 3-5 days

Please also note that we consider delivery delays caused by factors such as shipping company congestion, customs inspections, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable external circumstances as acceptable. Additionally, we may extend delivery times for remote areas.

Tracking Your Order: You can monitor the shipping progress of your order on the tracking order page.

No Shipping Information Within Processing Time: We dispatch orders in accordance with the order time. If there is no shipping information available within the processing time, we kindly request your patience for a few days.

No Shipping Information Beyond Processing Time: Sometimes, due to various reasons, the shipping company may experience delays in updating transportation information. In such cases, even if we have already shipped your order, you may not be able to access the latest logistics information promptly.

Under these circumstances, we recommend waiting patiently for an additional 1-2 days or reaching out to us at support@raiakhan.com. We can contact the shipping company to inquire about the most recent logistics details. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a definitive response in every case.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging. Products returned without their original packaging, or products showing signs of use, will not be accepted for return and will not be returned to the sender.

How to Proceed? 2.1 If your situation aligns with the three criteria for a return and refund, kindly reach out to us at support@raiakhan.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please provide us with pictures or other evidence to substantiate your claim.

2.2 If your request is verified and approved, you may proceed to ship the parcel back to us through your local post office. Please share the tracking number with us at support@raiakhan.com. The shipping fee will be reimbursed to you in the form of a gift card.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs and any applicable taxes when returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The duration for the arrival of your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If your item exceeds a value of £75, it is advisable to employ a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned package, we will conduct an inspection of its contents. If all requirements are met, we will issue a refund within 2 days following the delivery of the package.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Customized products
  3. Sale items
  4. Gifts

Refunds (Not Applicable): The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered or is rejected by the post office due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot process a refund. However, we will make every effort to facilitate the redelivery of the package once it is returned to our warehouse.
